Quick tips: suitable cloathing for marathons and trail running

We recommend not to wear new shoes on the race day, for the simple fact that new shoes must take the form of athlete’s foot otherwise there is risk of blisters during the race marathon.
Pants are recommended in breathable material in case of  warm weather and technical gear  keeping body warm for the winter days. Do not forget sunglasses and a hat in case of intense sun.
